Where we work

Crews run out of Aledo, which puts Fort Worth, Weatherford, Granbury, Burleson and the whole western side of the metroplex inside a short haul.

The radius reaches east into Dallas County, north into Denton and Wise, and south through Johnson and Ellis. If your place sits near the edge, call and ask.

One hail corridor

North Texas takes hail every spring and most roofs here are replaced because of a storm rather than because they wore out. That changes how a roof should be specified in the first place.

That is the common thread across every county here. It is why Class 4 shingles come up on most quotes and why we document everything with photos — the roof you have after a storm is an insurance conversation as much as a construction one.

Close detail of layered shingle and metal roofing material

01

What the system is

Every roof is a system rather than a layer of shingles: decking, underlayment, ice and water at the valleys and penetrations, starter course, field, ridge and the ventilation that keeps the whole assembly from cooking itself.

Most failures people call shingle failures are actually flashing or ventilation failures. That is where we spend the attention, because that is where water gets in.

02

How we inspect

An inspection is free and it is an actual inspection — on the roof, not a drive-by. We document what we find with photos so you are looking at your own roof rather than taking our word for it.

If the roof has life left in it we say so. Telling a homeowner they need a replacement they do not need is the fastest way to lose the next five referrals, and referrals are how this business runs.

03

Insurance and storm claims

North Texas takes hail every spring and most roofs here are replaced because of a storm rather than because they wore out. That changes how a roof should be specified in the first place.

If there is storm damage we will document it and meet your adjuster on site. We do not file your claim for you or tell you what your policy covers, but we make sure the damage that exists is actually on the record.

Class 4 impact resistant shingles usually earn a premium discount, which over the life of the roof can offset a good part of the upgrade.

04

What it costs

Square footage is where everyone starts and it is only part of it. Pitch, number of stories, how many valleys and penetrations the roof has, what the decking looks like once the old roof is off, and material choice all move the number.

We give a written scope rather than a verbal figure, so you can see what is included and compare it honestly against anyone else’s bid. Military discounts and TCU grad discounts are standing, and financing is available through Hearth.

05

Timeline and crew

Most residential roofs are a one to two day tear-off and install once materials are on site. Commercial and flat systems run longer and get scheduled around the building’s hours.

You will know who is on your property and when. My military background taught me that communication, reliability and attention to detail are what keep a relationship with the people who trust you with their greatest asset.

After the job

Magnetic sweep of the property, debris hauled, and a walk of the finished work with you before anyone leaves.

Workmanship stands behind the install and manufacturer warranties stand behind the material. GAF certification means we can offer the manufacturer coverage that non-certified contractors cannot.

Common questions

If yours is not here, call and ask.

Call (817) 412-0474

Do you do free inspections?

Yes, and it is a real inspection — we get on the roof and document what we find with photos. If the roof has life left in it we will tell you.

Will you work with my insurance?

We document damage thoroughly and meet your adjuster on site. We do not file the claim for you or interpret your policy, but we make sure what is actually there gets on the record.

What is a Class 4 shingle?

Class 4 is the top impact rating available. In hail country it usually earns an insurance premium discount, which over the life of the roof can offset much of the upgrade cost.

How long does a roof replacement take?

Most residential roofs are a one to two day tear-off and install once the material is on site. Flat and commercial systems run longer and get scheduled around the building.

Are you certified?

GAF certified and an OMNI RGB certified installer, BBB accredited, and veteran owned. GAF certification is what lets us offer manufacturer-backed warranty coverage.

Do you offer financing or discounts?

Financing is available through Hearth. Military discounts and TCU grad discounts are standing — mention it when you call.

Do you do more than roofing?

Yes. Gutters, siding, fencing, general construction, and Christmas, holiday and permanent lighting. The point of the name is that the whole exterior is one conversation.
